utilise your organisational skills and qualifications to provide essential administrative support to the executive director and the team based in the north of the country. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting in the planning and execution of various projects and events that further the mission of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing the executive director's calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication both within the organisation and with external stakeholders. You will also assist in organising events and maintaining office systems to ensure efficient operations. Participation in team meetings and support for organisational initiatives is expected as part of this role.
a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or office management is required. Strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
