*main responsibilities*:
- respond to new enquiries of international patients;
- serve as an adviser by answering patients all program related questions;
- able to monitor analyze and convert leads;
- set goals review pre-sales communication and ensure client’s satisfaction;
- track leads monitor conversion rate and further follow up;
- manage documentation and monthly reports;
- close working relationship with doctors, team;
- any other responsibilities assigned by immediate manager.
Skills/other requirements:
- exceptionally quick ability to identify, focus, and execute pivotal priorities;
- exceptional negotiation, diplomacy and team-building skills;
- strong skills in *sales, marketing*, negotiation, writing and planning;
- strong skills in marketing, analysis, negotiation, writing, and planning;
- fluent in english (both verbal and written skills);
- strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
- ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and achieve objectives within time and budget;
- ability to travel aboard.
