job description - handle customer requests andincidents related to sap bi services and analytics tools - triageand dispatch tickets to relevant teams, working closely with other2nd and 3rdlevel • support teams when needed.
- resolve supporttickets for assigned services, escalate when necessary, and followup to • ensure timely issue resolution.
- document and track issueresolutions, contributing to process documentation to • supportcontinuous improvement.
- daily monitoring of sap systems andfront-end applications to ensure smooth operation and quickidentification of potential issues.
- taking over development taskswithin sap implementation projects requirements - experience as anadvanced sap key-user or experience as junior in sap bi andanalytics (preferably with modules such as sap bw, bw/4hana, sapanalytics cloud (sac), sap hana, and sap data services.
experiencewith data modeling, reporting, etl processes, and query design ishighly valued.
- process chain monitoring and resolution - nice tohave – good technical background of sap bi/bw - experienced in usermanagement, authorization concepts, and administration - bex querydesign and reporting - analytical thinking: ability to performroot-cause analysis for efficient issue resolution.
