for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + ccmp's) and the replenishment backlog.ensure product availability by taking actions to resolve backorders and shortages.measure the otd, ac2, bov, and other key kpis and be able to drive action plans.manage customer needs coming from the ccc's through the customer claim management process.manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).manage the backorder portfolio (bol), shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.handle daily actions regarding mrp messages (sap example: md07) and escalate repeatable issues.support stock discrepancies analysis and adjustments.qualifications
- bachelor's in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations engineering.
- ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.
- clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
- proactive in seeking information, training, and resources for continual professional development.
- partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.
- independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within relevant projects and processes.
