*key* responsibilities*
- implement and develop virtual technical trainings and onsite face-to-face trainings to communicate the attributes of the products marketed by ppg-comex
- attend technical advising mentoring virtually and on-site by implementing technical product demonstrations.
- perform the field check to diagnose what was the cause of the deviation in the performance of the products marketed by ppg-comex based on the policy of attention to claims and the procedure.
- perform evaluations of existing products and new launches requested by the marketing area to confirm the results obtained in product and process development according to internal policies.
- perform evaluations of competitor products to know the differentiating attributes between ppg-comex and its competition.
- attend the consultancies in the field to make technical recommendations that allow obtaining the performance expected by the final customer of the products.
- scope in charge of: part of veracruz, part of oaxaca (beach), yucatán, quintana roo, campeche, tabasco, chiapas, puebla.
- kpi´s: service level customer evaluation, attention to complaints and training in portfolio products and innovation
*qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree in engineering or architecture (mandatory have official document or constancy in process)
- 1-2 years of experience in any responsibility mentioned above.
- desirable experience in tools and equipment related to paints and varnish as well as development of presentations and management of digital platforms.
- desirable knowledge of basic english level
