what you will do
tiktok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in branding solutions and digital marketing to lead the go-to-market for advertising. As part of latam product strategy & operations organization, the role involves close collaboration with headquarters product teams in a high-growth environment and the sales teams. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working with advertising products and have strong project management capabilities.
1. be responsible for part of the branding solutions portfolio in latam markets; and sales enablement and product training.
2. define the go-to-market strategy for tiktok's ever-evolving branding products. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the region to ensure flawless execution of this strategy.
3. set goals, manage launches, and implement activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
4. represent product in-market by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and hq.
5. deeply understand the features of branding and digital advertising products; promote product operation plans focusing on revenue and performance as well as the needs of advertisers, and be responsible for growth and revenue.
6. monitor, research, and analyze the data of the market by industry, digging up problems and opportunities.
7. work with regional sales team and client solution team to identify market opportunities and client requirements.
8. act as the voice of the region in product, synthesize market insights and collaborate with product managers and global product marketing teams to identify solutions.
