We have opportunities in 90+ projects you can contribute to.*what you will do*- driving differentiated go-to-market activities across regions/verticals to pursue, manage, and win new business opportunities; - you will be responsible for segmenting, sourcing and driving the full sales cycle spanning all agileengine services in fintech industry; - generating demand through online and in-person outreach to target companies and individuals- achieving target quota goals within a given territory by selling agileengine portfolio of professional services and software development offerings- driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners- understanding client needs, helping match needs with company expertise, and manage key stakeholders' expectations in order to ensure their success and happiness with agileengine; - represent agileengine strategic initiatives and goals with vp+ and c-level audiences across both agileengine and our strategic clients; - build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients at the company; - partner with the client success and marketing teams to execute business development strategy and drive new leads; - increase agileengine brand awareness with our top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, and more; - understand and utilizecrm tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly targets.*must haves*- a sales leader with a proven track record of closing $5m+ projects in fintech domain; - you are talented in storytelling and presenting, and you listen well.- experience in partner management, technology sales, business development, and/or consulting/professional services with a history of developing and leading strategic partnerships; - a sound understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the us; - you've got excellent communication and presentation skills and advanced english: both verbal and written; - an adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships versus taking a transactional approach; - go-getter and result-oriented attitude; - you like to travel to be onsite with clients multiple times a year; - highly independent with natural networking skills and self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities
