*position summary*to establish external applicant recruitment sources for exempt, non-exempt, and hourly positions by developing and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relations programs, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional organizations and referral programs. To coordinate recruitment and applicant screening for management consideration. To maintain hiring and selection records in compliance with external and internal requirements. Maintains relationships with organizational management to assure adequate staffing plan and standards are implemented.*position responsibilities*: conducts phone and personal interviews using behavior interview techniques and other state-of the art screening and selection methods to identify qualified applicant pools for targeted positions.maintains applicant records within applicant tracking system and conducts pre-hire evaluations, including employment references and background checks.audits requisitions for proper signature approval, completeness / accuracy, and compliance with policy and position control.participates in special projects as relate to improved applicant processing, resourcing, and reporting systems. Support and assistance with administratives process of the department needs (invoices, payments, reports, expenses, etc)develops rapport and effective working relationships with professional recruitment sources with universities and selection tools with vendors.*position requirements*: level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.area of study: human resources, psychology or communicationsyears of experience: minimum/no experience.type of experience: recruiting experience or human resourcesspecial certifications or technical skills: bilingual preferred but not necessary.
