at times, te's it business analysis teams may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

- meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system objectives and requirements.
- translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- manage the installation and configuration of systems.
- define and coordinate the execution of test procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall qa process.
*requirements*:
- engineering in an area related to systems.
- advanced english both spoken and written.
- experience in erp user support of at least 5 years.
*tools*:
- ms-sql server (development/administration)
- visual studio 2019 or higher (using c#)
- macola 10 or sage
- power bi or similar
- snow (service now platform)
