as a vacation club in-house marketing representative, why work here?
The primary goal of the in-house marketing representative is to persuade qualified in-house guests to engage in a sales presentation while staying on the resort. They are in charge of surpassing the visitors' and owners' expectations following check-in by giving resort and surrounding information. The representative must maintain the highest level of honesty and give a "world class" experience to owners and guests with each engagement. Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities include finding and scheduling qualified tours for our sales representatives.
The representative will take part in a proactive team effort to attain departmental and corporate objectives.
The representative is expected to give a high-quality and welcoming experience for our guests and members.
All exceptions and events must be communicated to the director of in-house marketing at all times.
For all exceptions and events, you must maintain regular communication with the director of in-house marketing.
Qualifications:
dependable and goal-oriented.
Must have reliable transportation.
Self-directed and autonomous, but also works well in a collaborative setting.
Interpersonal abilities that persuade guests to accept an idea, strategy, activity, service, or product.
Great client service.
Effective oral communication abilities.
Strong cash management skills.
Must have complete availability.
Timeshare marketing expertise is preferred.
