- ba or master’s degree in human resources or any other relevant degree
- advanced english (speaking and writing)

- very good knowledge and understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures

*main duties & responsibilities*
- cooperates with the group chief people & culture officer to set targets and kpis as per the company’s strategy
- works closely and provides support advice to local managers on various people and culture issues
- monitors and implements people & culture related practices of the branch office in méxico
- sets up people & culture related policies, processes, and procedures
- keeps abreast with updates and changes of local employment law
- handles employee disciplinary procedures and dismissal according to legal requirements
- creates and updates employee records in the hr software
- facilitates and monitors employee onboarding and induction process
- provides support in coordinating the performance management system through the hr software
- identifies training needs and monitors all training and development activities
- monitors leaves (annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, military leave etc) for each employee
- runs exit interviews. Responsible for keeping the employee handbook up-to-date
- works closely with the payroll team, collects and provides any payroll related information as required
- handles confidential information with extra care - keeps the line manager always informed about any local people & culture matters.
- always acts upon approval by the line manager - undertakes any other people & culture related activities and projects as necessary.
Conditions:
- salary $38,000 before taxes
- the position is work from the office monday through friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (polanco, cdmx)
- 50% vacation bonus 30 days of bonus major personal medical expenses insurance at 3 months old.
