main responsibilities
* project management office.
* development of digital solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
* controllership process analysis.
* comply with targets and plans for new solutions.
* formulation of controllership kpis.
* innovative and design thinking.
* problem-solving skills to quickly address product or service issues to ensure compliance with controllership month end close due dates.
* communication and coordination with different departments.
qualifications
* language proficiency: top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities in spanish and english.
* areas of expertise: proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably in a similar environment. Experience in project management office.
* technical skills: accounting knowledge (3+ years of experience) and advanced knowledge of microsoft office solutions and power bi.
* soft skills: multitasking with precision and the capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
