in this function you will:
- provide project management support for the following and at times, take the lead with direction and support from the marcom manager:
- development of results-oriented content marketing strategies and value-driven messaging that resonates with key target audiences at al stages of the sales funnel
- public/media relations and customer-facing events; utilize the content management platform, percolate, to manage reviews, revisions and approvals
- analytics
- support product launch activity using the prescribed processes and identify/support opportunities for promoting new products as part of a larger digital offering through audience-focused content
- and campaigns
- understand all aspects of eaton's brand promise, attributes and standards; accurately represent eaton in written and verbal communications to position eaton as a leading power management
- company; review content for correct brand, voice and messaging
- work closely with marcom managers to develop monthly budget forecasts; code and track invoices; provide accurate budget reports
- have other responsibilities including archiving files, maintaining literature lists, registering new suppliers, addressing literature backorders and assigning publication numbers

*qualifications*:
- required (basic) qualifications:_
- bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, english, communications, engineering, business or related fields
- minimum 5 years' experience in b-to-b marketing, digital marketing or communications
- strong english listen, written and verbal communication skills
- preferred experience with or ability to learn tools in martech stack, including a web development platform (aem preferred) and a marketing automation platform (eloqua preferred)
- preferred qualifications:_
- traditional and digital marketing communications experience
- aptitude for understanding and explaining highly technical information
- aptitude for learning and adopting tools in the martech stack; experience with the following platforms is a plus: aem for web development, eloqua for marketing automation, percolate for content management and big tin can for sales enablement
- digital marketing, content marketing, seo, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, sales enablement
- electrical product, market and channel knowledge
