We are in search of a seasoned, data-oriented hr specialist to join the time and attendance team.
in this pivotal position, you will deliver extensive payroll and time support services to both employees and management.
your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive testing of payroll and time processes, systems, and data, ensuring precision and adherence to compliance standards within the mergers and acquisitions domain.
this role will require you to manage essential testing and the development of time and attendance processes associated with mergers and acquisitions.
you will report directly to the senior payroll supervisor and will operate from our slp, mexico location under a hybrid work arrangement.
key responsibilities: provide end-to-end execution test execution of time and attendance systems.identify and articulate requirements for development.partner with hr, payroll, benefits, it, and tax to ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and honeywell policies.identify operational errors and areas of weakness in plan operations, prepare audit reports and relevant supporting documentation to present your findings and improvements to leadership.
assist with developing corrective action strategies.research compliance escalations, leveraging multiple data sources, conducting data analysis, and communicating findings.collaborate in project planning, execution, and effective communication of information throughout the organization to drive successful project outcomes and facilitate seamless business operations.you must have: bachelor's degree.peoplesoft experience.sap and kronos experience.end-to-end testing experience.m & a experience preferred.experience with testing enterprise-wide changes.excellent analytical, statistical, and reporting skills.strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy.ability to understand how to analyze organizational risk with applicable us, state, and municipal laws and policies.high attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.strong written and documentation skills, ability to communicate complex issues concisely.ability to work independently.advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.case management experience with salesforce or service now preferred.we value: ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and deliver timely and accurate resolution.ability to problem solve and set priorities, and to ask questions when needed.excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to manage difficult and sensitive matters.ability to influence stakeholders and inspire change.ability to navigate hr services-related technology to provide customer resolution.additional informationjob id: hrd253826category: human resourceslocation: av.
