* develop and implement effective sales strategies for the industrial and automation market.
* lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
* establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* negotiate and close agreements with large customers - oems.
* monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
* ensure the integrity of crm data.
perfil del candidato
a successful regional sales manager should have:
* proven work in sales or similar senior sales role.
* ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* strong business sense and industry expertise in the industrial / manufacturing sector.
* excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
* proficiency in crm software and ms office.
