within uniops, the commercial experience (comex) team provides financial and supplier operations across unilever.
purpose of the role
the source to pay (s2p) service delivery manager plays a key role in driving supplier operations agenda in the market. The role will ensure delivery of the payments operations in some latam countries along with ensuring process governance and driving compliance to controls.
what will your main responsibilities be?
* service delivery of operational metrics for payments, overdue management, and other critical operational kpis.
* driving delivery through third-party service providers.
* acting as an escalation point for resolving s2p issues and directing users to training and helpdesk resources.
* delivering balance sheet hygiene on grir, vendor open items, etc., in partnership with control service centre.
* ensuring that third-party service providers operate gfcf and gpm controls and be accountable for their effectiveness.
* accountable for ensuring gpm compliance, approving dtps, and reporting exceptions.
* ensuring the ihd (supplier help desk) improves service for end users and suppliers, enhancing user perception and supporting critical escalations.
* conducting robust root cause analysis and taking preventive actions through process corrections.
* driving governance with key stakeholders and conducting monthly service delivery meetings with third-party service providers.
* serving as the single point of contact for s2p audits.
* leading transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* improving operational effectiveness and addressing user pain points in the s2p process.
* coaching team members for timely and effective delivery and building strong working relationships with third-party service providers.

experiences & qualifications
* university graduate / qualified accountant / engineering (or similar experience)
* 3-5 years’ experience in finance/supply chain with business partnering experience preferred
* strong knowledge of key finance and procurement contracting processes in s2p
* high financial/supply chain skills
* service delivery experience beneficial
* leadership and collaboration skills to support and improve ways of working within s2p
