Activities
develop & assure quality culture on products and processes
identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements
ensuring that products are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of specifications and applicable documents
facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actions
ensure performance & monitoring kpi's related to quality processes
monitor & implement corrective actions regarding audit results
monitor & implement corrective actions regarding customer claims
create fai (first article inspection)
perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of quality product
take an active role in all qa associated communication including continuous improvement
initiate and/or participate in 8d's and 5 why's analysis when dysfunction detected or non-conformances are declared
*requirements*:
engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent from other universities
at minimum 2year experience in quality
*languages*: english (mandatory) - french (would be great)
*personality*: meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
Able to analyze and explain clearly a problemes
work with high reactivity and under pressure.
