- bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- master's degree preferred.
- bilingual
*experience*:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and vendor management, with a focus on south america.
- solid project management experiences, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
