*which is the main objective of this role?

*deliver best experience to shopper and mom & pop owerns best business partner by establishing and building commercial strategy nationwide driven by data: shopper inisghts, pricing, market trend, nislen som, profit and revenue targets for aop and medium term.
accelerate demand and increase shopper conversion rate throught strategic, promotional and talilor made plans by brand (savory bu and gqs bu), region (6), shopper profile and mom & pop's owners needs.
lead cross functional (l11+) conversations to execute aop within sales (6 regions lead by lg1-lg2) and bu's structure, anticipating risk to achieve som, revenue and profit targets.
create, lead and execute plans to contribute to gain som.
*what will you be doing?

- deliver annual gross/net and volume business plan for dts
- lead annual aop, setting volume and revenue targets; based on industry/market insights that deliver customer objectives and contribute to our region profit plan
- lead bus development plan, strengthening pepsico position as key strategic player with a strong channel presence
- portfolio development with revenue management and marketing teams
- nilsen and data management
- innovation launches and seasonalities strategy, execution plan definition and follow up
- pipe process for initiatives building blocks (iniciatives demand meetings)
- sales building forums process development with region directors (6 regions)
- continuous data analysis to take decisions (sell in/sell out/som/ insights)
- weekly/monthly results follow up with marketing team (pre red zone, bur)
- plans & initiatives communication to negotiation sales teams (central field support, sales field)
- direct support to sales small formats vp's on executive meetings and strat orchestration
- direct suppoert to comm drive director on strat orchestration leading blue print:ex nd plans and way of setting targets
*qualifications*

- finished bachelor (lae, iis, lem, etc) master in business (desirable)
- 7-10 years of work experience
- minimum 4 years of experience in small formats (mom&pop) industry within fmcg
- minimum 2 years of experience in strategy (sales and commercial)
- leadership in commercial annual plans elaboration and follow up
- strategist and flexible mindset
- strong data analysis and executive summarization
- ability to draw conclusions, address key opportunities
