our client is a private medical device and service company dedicated to improving the diagnosis of sleep-related breathing disorders. They are looking for a customer sales support associate to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the support team.
employee shall comply with policies, procedures and processes that support the standards and guidelines for regulatory agencies including but not limited to the joint commission, food and drug administration (fda), international organization standards (iso), and federal health care guidelines and the snap quality management system.
the associate performs a range of duties including but not limited to the items listed below:
1. provides first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test
2. relays complex customer inquiries to appropriate departments and team leaders
3. relays administrative or sales team requests to customers
4. provides immediate assistance to field territory managers on customer-related issues
5. assists with setting up accounts for new customers
6. performs data entry for test orders
7. maintains accurate documentation of all customer communications, such as orders, calls, notifications, inquiries, complaints, requests, returns, and other activities
8. collaborates with the sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service. This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions
9. attends regular team meetings focused on customer success strategies
10. works closely with other departments within the sales organization to foster a culture that reflects snap’s values and mission
qualifications:
1. 2-5 years of prior experience in customer support or sales
2. excellent english level -oral and written-
3. ability to read and interpret documents such as quality procedures, work instructions, and human resources documentation.
4. ability to understand and follow all quality systems procedures.
