major accountabilities:
1. bring support to the different business units (bus) that order management (om) provides services.
2. manage and control order management processes reception, capture, follow-up, and resolution of incidents related to order processing and issuance of financial and operational credit notes in shape.
3. attend and schedule meetings with the different business areas to solve incidents and promote process improvements.
4. support internal and external customers of the different bus that om attends (key interactions) as well as to wholesalers and several customers.
5. generate and analyze different kinds of reports (cockpits, billing, cut sales, orders processed, pending report, denied report, etc.) that contribute to the follow-up of the operation and decision-making.
6. challenge the quo status to standardize and streamline processes according to the guidelines established by novartis aimed to optimize time and resources that could generate savings for the company.
7. collaborate in local and global projects on process improvements.
8. administer and control 3 way match (reporting and digital archive). Maintain updated controls and policies of om processes without deviations.
9. attend and bring support to specific or special requirements that may have an impact on the daily operations of the area and the company (internal and external audits).
10. know and manage applications such as e-invoicing and edi.
