- *support client pbu business leaders as a business partner in the development of manufacturing network strategy that will align the business to meet the future state needs of our customers.

- *manage (dotted line) and mentor project managers in the execution of manufacturing network projects.

- *ensure that all functions for footprint projects are adequately planned to achieve target safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee empowerment, and meet functional deliverables key milestone dates.
*:
- *deliver periodic summaries of project portfolios execution to business leader clients and senior leadership team including all performance metrics and impacts on business.
*:
- *lead the early-stage business case development including finance and business analytics across all functions of the business.

- *facilitate early phase team charter creation and team formation.

- *audit all network project plans to ensure adequate resources and planning that will meet footprint project objectives, metrics and deliverables.

- *training of footprint project teams in all functions in the footprint playbook.

*what are we looking for?
*:
- *this position requires a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study with six (6) to ten (10) years experience in materials, manufacturing engineering, warehouse, manufacturing or production area.
*:
- *understanding of operational and business case financials.
normal mechanical and analytical ability is a must.
*:
- *must be able to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, and journals as well as write reports and procedure manuals.
*:
- *in the absence of a 4-year degree in an appropriate field of study, this position requires an additional ten (10) years of related experience.
*:
- *master degree in technical field or business preferred.
*:
- *proficiency in microsoft suite applications (word, excel, access, and powerpoint) as well as internet software and e-mail is required.

- *extended knowledge of erp and mrp experience.
*:
- *ability to reside in region of ownership.
*:
- *minimum of 2 years' experience operating in region of ownership.
