the product analyst is responsible for supporting the product vision, alignment of objectives, and value proposition, ensuring efficient task prioritization based on data, market research, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Their focus is on process optimization, continuous improvement, and strategic product analysis to maximize performance.
main responsibilities
* assist in defining delivery dates and product releases.
* coordinate communication between development, qa, and ux/ui teams.
* define testing strategies to ensure product quality.
* perform data analysis and benchmarking to optimize processes and improve decision-making.
* follow up on ongoing projects and support the management of specific initiatives.
* analyze the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities.
* follow up post-launch to detect areas for improvement and prevent losses due to lack of adjustments.
requirements
* ability to learn internal processes within the first three months.
* within six months, should be able to manage an assigned product or service.
* proficiency in english (essential for interactions with international partners).
* proactive and analytical thinking: ability to detect opportunities for improvement in products and processes.
* curiosity and adaptability: willingness to innovate and step outside rigid structures.
* research skills: evaluate the competition and apply improvements to the product.
* interpersonal skills and teamwork: focus on continuous learning and adapting to dynamic environments.
* basic technical knowledge: proficient in tools such as jira, figma, asana, monday, and data analysis (not required to be an expert in bi, but able to interpret relevant information).
