about the job
performing routine, administrative, and general office duties such as document processing, record keeping, and report compilation, requiring analysis and knowledge of procedures. The role may also provide secretarial services to one or more individuals.
your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
1. assist all the department employees, managers, task force, in terms of their logistics and administrative concerns.
2. prepare different reports related to the work processes and data from a variety of identified sources within and outside of the department.
3. prepare special reports and analyses within prescribed guidelines/instructions.
4. regularly contact vendors, suppliers, or employees outside the immediate work.
5. assemble relevant data and compile information as directed.
6. organize and maintain files of correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
7. receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and providing information.
8. schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, travels and related issues.
9. organize and expedite flow of work through supervisor's office and initiate any follow-up action.
10. may be involved in facilitating the newcomers' onboarding process.

1. qualification: secondary school/high school diploma (preferably with secretarial experience).
2. computer skills: microsoft office, excel, etc.
3. focus on interpersonal relationships.
