We are seeking an information specialist who will work with company business analysts and consultants to develop and improve the performance of our it systems for finance area focused on us site support. You will work under the responsibility of the business analyst to specify, develop, maintain, and improve the performance of solutions that automate our business processes. You will also monitor the global performance of it services which support the core process and take proactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve service performance. Additionally, you will support the full implementation lifecycle of the s/4hana and work closely with partner and client teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
your mission
maintaining solutions:
* liaises between business and it resources, coordinating delivery dates and prioritization for initiatives to meet business needs.
* assist external service partners in resolving incidents by providing necessary functional information about sidel business processes and process integration criticalities.
* document, recommend, and present systems enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
* drive continuous improvement activities for finance and controlling area: lead root cause analysis of major incidents and recommend and implement improvement ideas.
* communicate changes and provide training to impacted key users.
* regularly liaise with internal and external clients.
* work within a complex matrix organization internationally.
* provide expertise in sap finance functionalities.

* strong attention to detail, especially in high-pressure and high-activity situations.
* demonstrated ability to guide the work of others, including external suppliers and service providers, and to interact with people working remotely, in different countries, and from different business and geographical cultures.
* demonstrates knowledge and awareness of process and service concepts, practices, and procedures.
* over 3 years of experience in design and deployment of sap solutions for finance and controlling.
* experience with sap s/4hana finance modules and cfin (central finance).
* expert in business processes aimed at supporting finance business.
* broad understanding of technology and software development and implementation practices.
* knowledge of invoice dematerialization process (nice to have expertise on esker tool).
* knowledge of accounting us topics.
