resolves moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations for the update of procedures to improve customer service processes.
escalates complex issues to management.proficient in operations working with different plants and teams (supply chain, purchasing, shipping), ensuring order releases, participating in meetings and follow-ups, maintaining customer contact for updates, and reviewing urgent/important orders.
experienced in production reporting and planning using sap.key responsibilities:interface and engage daily with schedulers, planners, engineering (eto/std), supply chain and logistics functions in our charlotte, nc and monterrey factories to facilitate order fulfillment and proactive customer communications of order status.
