coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly and effectively.- product/service education: educate clients on products or services offered.
provide training and support materials to enhance their understanding and usage.- collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, support) to ensure client needs are met.
collaborate on strategies for upselling or introducing new services/products.- reporting and analysis: generate regular reports on client accounts, tracking performance metrics and kpis.
analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- pipeline management: manage the sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using crm software.- market insight: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
*you must have*:- 2 to 5 years experience selling services on it company or tech-based company- capabilities to comunicate and report in english- previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales, 3 years- familiarity with crm software (e.g., salesforce) is a plus.- understanding of basic business principles and customer-centric strategies.- availability to travel (25%- 40% of time)- proven track record of success in service sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.- strong understanding of the service industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.- proficiency in crm software and ms office suite
