*contract with possibility of hire*5+ years working as a business analyst in a distributed agile team with *csm *or equivalent.a proven record of accomplishment of being a servant/leader in a scrum team.you will need the strength to drive the teams and remove blockers.
you will be expected to improve processes through active management.strong team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.experience as a business analyst on at least two major projects experience.ability to identify critical issues within product specifications, design, development, and establish resolutions quickly and efficiently.ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.possess effective communication & leadership skills and excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
