key responsibilities:
* lead and develop the field force team, including sales representatives and promoters
* implement and monitor kpis to assess team's effectiveness
* develop compelling trade strategies to enhance in-store experiences and drive sales
* create yearly customer-specific trade promotion plans
* analyse sales trends and utilise resources effectively to maximise outcomes
* oversee field force operations, including database management, manpower allocation, and incentive schemes
* analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives and product displays at points of sale
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in retail sales or field force management, ideally in the consumer electronics or fmcg industry
* strong leadership and team management abilities
* analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* in-depth understanding of retail operations and trade marketing
* advanced english level (mandatory)
* advanced excel skills (mandatory) and power bi (desirable)

a competitive monthly gross salary of $70,000 - $100,000 mxn plus an above-law compensation package.
