- provide support for customer stories to include in content strategy as well as manage content approval cycles for customer stories featured in hpe's global executive briefing centers or during hpe events; provide support as needed for content to be featured in local and headquarter offices and on internal hpe employee communications such as all team meetings, hpe in :60, etc.
- social media support includes pitching stories to feature on hpe's corporate fb, li and/or twitter pages, as well as development of regular posts to behpe, featuring hpe's newest customer stories.
- knowledge of hpe's customer asset lifecycle best practices and processes in order to support re-use of existing content and or company logos legally approved by our customer advocates during agreed upon time frames.

strategic responsibilities:_*
- build rapport with account teams by getting to know them and nurturing them with challenges that add value for each individual
- understand existing and potential customer stories and what our advocates will and will not agree to do on hpe's behalf
- identify key stories that best represent hpe's edge to cloud strategy
- help marketing and sales meet business objectives through client advocacy initiatives

tactical responsibilities:_*
- copywriting in english, including creation of attention capturing titles and crisp, engaging challenge descriptions.
- written and oral communications with clients and their respective account teams
- ability to work with tight deadlines
- manage and maintain; continually recruit new client advocates
- target happy clients for advocacy opportunities
- provide product feedback given by advocates to the relevant stakeholder teams

about you:_*
- ba or bs in marketing or related field
- 6+ years marketing experience, including customer marketing and references, channel marketing and/or partner marketing.

- strong passion for serving and understanding customers and internal hpe stakeholders
