*minimum 4 years *of experience in manufacturing company (metal mechanic industry, grinding process (preferred), plastic injection (optional), no food companies.)

*experience*:
- plant start-up and new projects experience
- supervising operative and team leaders personal (40 - 50 persons).
- planning /coordinating/organizational skills to minimize equipment downtime and production needs.
- general machining skills and knowledge for repair component design and understanding.
- lean production manufacturing experience preferred.
