*job summary*:
works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
*responsibilities*:
- completes related activity such as postings and prevailing wage reviews.
- assists with compensation projects including survey completion, job description development, job use/titles and drafting offer letters.
- maintains and coordinates human resource policies. Advises employees regarding policies.
- coordinates employee recognition and reward programs for the company.
- perform other duties as assigned
- understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the aci code of business conduct and ethics.
*knowledge, skills and experience required for the job*:
- bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years human resource experience.
Fluent english required
- normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
*preferred knowledge, skills and experience needed for the job*:
- international human resource and information technology industry experience preferred.
- professional certification in human resources preferred.
