key responsibilities:
you will focus on three main areas: safety, service quality, customer experience, and productivity of your department. Your responsibilities will include:
* reviewing operational forecasts and determining productivity requirements for sort operations
* managing a team group to meet all building's goals
* supporting all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment
* proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
supervisory responsibilities:
you will lead a team of process assistants and delivery service providers in daily management of the delivery station. This includes meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with dsps and their drivers.
daily operations:
you will be responsible for receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments up to 25 kgs. You will also track and monitor sorting operations and driver dispatch.
requirements:
* work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
* a completed bachelor's degree or 2+ years amazon experience
* 2+ years of direct management experience for employees and their performance
* fluent in both spanish and english
