- gtm, sales and rev management analytics solutions delivery according to business expectations.
- domain over commercial data sources to analytics solutions construction.
- connection of global, sector and local groups to deliver analytics commercial models to respond to business needs.
- lead technical discussions with it and d&a teams to confirm data and technical foundations.
- promote agile fashion and wow to fast delivery.
- promote pocs and mvps to confirm value hyphotesys before core product contructions.
- prorization and budgeting keeping focus on business objectives
- drive analytics evolution from descriptive to predictive / prescriptive solutions
- use case confirmation before construction phases
- drive and promote digital journey introducing ml & ai capabilities.
- confirm solutions scalabitlity across all latam operive units and markets.
- people management and people development.
qualifications:
*experience required*:
- data and analytics background
- master´s degree in business (desired)
- 5+ years of experience in f&b industry or massive consumption market
- 100% english language proficiency both oral and written
- experience in developing and implementing successful projects with focus on results, to manage projects that impact business objectives.
- ability to manage problems from complex to simple
- phyton, rstudio and power bi technical knowledegemt
- strong communication and story telling
- analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insights from external and internal sources to enable decision making process with high degree of confidence
- proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
- proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple story
