Accountabilities:
this position will focus on areas not addressed by the other dso teams such as sso, mobile app on boarding, certificates, tickets (incidents/service requests), system admins roles (e.g. Orgvue), vanity urls, white listing/safe sender, idm forms, isa (info security assessments).
- refine and force-rank prioritizes features in the program (or similar) backlog prior to pi planning (or similar)
- accept features when they are delivered
- collaborate with product owners (and teams) to decompose features into stories which the teams will deliver
- partner with architects, data product managers, and data engineers to prioritize key technical enablers
- work with product owners to ensure integrated system demos are successful
- work closely with the it lead to stay in line with business goals and ensure the features are properly described and prioritized
- support integrated system demos and end user testing activities
- represent business, both internal and external, managing the backlog and making sure that the team understands their needs & preferences
- collaborate with product owners, it platform managers, system architects, and teams to refine features to ensure they are desirable, viable, and sustainable and have clear, meaningful benefit hypothesis and acceptance criteria infosec (isa, scans, etc..)
*qualifications*
3-5 years of experience in:
- azure devops
- powerapps
- o365 tool set
- practical knowledge and understanding of the software development process
- first level safe certification (sa, popm, etc..)
- provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
- ability to understand and manage forecasts
- ability to strategically think, learn new technologies and process information quickly
- strong change agent and a sense of urgency
- high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity and experience providing roadmap and tactical leadership
- good understanding of global hr and legal business
- ability to prioritize own work under general supervision in a fast paced dynamic global team environment
- ability to easily partner with many teams, sharing best practices and providing guidance on technical standards and patterns
- clear communication skills
non-technical skills
- project delivery: kick-off projects with approved funding and aligned delivery timelines with other dso teams and system integrators. Manage scope and risks with the business along the project lifecycle and testing.
- relationship mgmt: be a business partner on all aspects of business interactions and engage the appropriate it or vendor teams to help drive resolution. Support the theme of "winning with purpose" on business engagement and leadership behaviors. Partner closely with other it leads to manage future demand and with it architects/ vendors for rolling technology trends. Support the it productivity agenda for areas where savings are planned to be realized.
