Work closely with clients to understand the departmental stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Monitors and ensures operational excellence of development teams.
*main responsibilities*:
- lead development of the full systems and life cycle management of projects/programs
- manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
- maintains issue tracking and documentation systems and provides reporting that ensures proper tracking and visibility of issues and projects
- manages relationships with relevant stakeholders that interact with or receive services from development teams

*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree required.
- advanced english level
- 7 years of experience leading software development teams
- 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance and process improvement, design processes and assessing a broad range of information solutions and products and develop software development practices, processes and standards.
