we are seeking a talented and data-driven email and content marketing specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness through compelling email campaigns and high-quality content.
responsibilities
email marketing:
• develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention.
• build and segment email lists to optimize campaign performance.
• create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls to action.
• utilize email marketing platforms to design and implement email templates.
• analyze email campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• a/b test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
content marketing:
• develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• create high-quality content, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
• optimize content for search engines (seo) to improve visibility.
• collaborate with design and sales teams to create engaging content assets.
• measure content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
data analysis:
• track and analyze email and content marketing metrics to measure roi and identify opportunities for improvement.
• utilize data to inform future campaigns and optimize performance.
qualifications
- communicative and fluent knowledge of english – must have
- 2-5 years of experience in email marketing and content creation
- strong understanding of email marketing best practices and platforms (e.g., sendgrid, hubspot, marketo)
- excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- experience with seo and content optimization.
- university degree in marketing or a similar field
- creativity, initiative, and unconventional approach to managing projects.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- systematicity and high communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask.
preferred qualifications:
- experience with adobe creative suite or similar programs
- e-commerce experience
- knowledge of social media marketing best practices
