responsibilities:
* calls to potential clients in the u.s. to offer our it staff augmentation and software development services.
* follow up on scheduled calls and interested clients.
* send information via email to prospects and log interactions in the crm.
* schedule meetings for the sales team.
* meet daily call and lead conversion goals.
* maintain effective and professional communication in both english and spanish.
requirements:
* previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in b2b or tech companies).
* proficiency in english (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
* proactive attitude and negotiation skills.
* basic knowledge of crm tools (preferred).
* availability to work on-site in hermosillo, sonora.
