Your role on the marketing creative team will involve the production of visually delightful kinetic ui and typographic moments, captivating character animations, and fulfilling multiple other motion graphics requirements. You are a creative person with multiple motion design capabilities, proficient in both 2d animation, and excels at collaborating with artists and other team members. You will report to the senior creative director of marketing.*responsibilities*:- you will be responsible for creating unique video content for social platforms, ua ads (including interactive playables), marketing sizzles, site explainer videos, etc., working alongside editors, illustrators, 2d designers and animators.- logo animation and kinetic typography- collaborate and partner with the other internal design functions to produce diverse creative assets, including animating illustrations, character designs, art, icons, and ui.- collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing motion design outcomes- ability to quickly conceive and effectively communicate big ideas in a way that non-creatives will understand. Strong ability in sketches, composition, storyboard animatics is key.- use industry-standard software and tools to create high-quality animations, including adobe after effects, rive, cinema 4d or other animation software- work with artists, designers, and animators to prepare working files for integration into development environments including animations, visual effects, static assets, and rigged characters- maintain an understanding of current design trends and techniques, and implement them into motion design projects- ensure all motion designs meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and technical specifications- work harmoniously with artists, designers, and team members to integrate motion designs within the broader creative vision- collaborate with illustrators to bring ideas to life*minimum qualifications*:- demonstrated expertise in motion design with a portfolio showcasing multiple motion graphics and animations- 10+ years of design/production experience with an ad agency or in-house design team in the tech or gaming industry- proficient in 2d animation techniques, with an understanding of animation principles, composition, and timing- experience with design principles, color theory, and typography- proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as adobe after effects, rive, and a plus knowing cinema 4d, maya, or similar 3d animation software- improve on designs to achieve the desired outcome with other designers- knowledge of video editing, compositing, and audio editing*preferred qualifications*:- experience working with flutter and creating performant assets for the flutter game framework
