you will implement escalation channels by mutually agreed-upon procedures. You will lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities. This will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions. You will establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. You will also identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
requirements:
* 1 year of prior relevant people management experience in the bpo or call center industry
* a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* experience creating and implementing action plans
* a high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards
* performance management advanced coaching structure (impact)
