we're looking for a motivated business development representative (bdr) with native or near-native english to help grow our client base. This is the first bdr hire in the company, so you have a chance to become head of bdr. drive outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emails, to generate qualified leads.engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and position manypixels as the ideal design solution.conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into customers.work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions.keep crm records updated and track key metrics.continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market trends. 2+ years of outbound sales or bdr (saas, design, or creative services is a plus).fluent or near-native english (written and spoken).proven success in cold outreach, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily.strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a remote environment.experience with crms (we use hubspot) and sales automation tools is a plus.independent yet collaborative, able to contribute to an international team.
