responsibilities:
* as a change lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy.
* define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change. Measure progress toward the target state.
* expected to be an sme, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
* responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
* provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
qualifications :
* expert proficiency in change management is required.
* advanced level of proficiency in journey management is recommended. Organizational strategy with advanced proficiency, stakeholder management with advanced proficiency, and change analytics with advanced proficiency are suggested.
* develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful organizational transitions.
* lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
* analyze and assess the impact of change initiatives on different business units.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful change implementation.
* monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
