provide commercial support to the sales regional manager, account managers and account executives, assist finance, logistic, engineering or new projects department with sales planning, contractual issues, project planning, programme management, systems compliance, change management, risk management, invoicing and payment. Manage and execute the internal quotation process for new projects and for engineering changes, from the request for quotation to the authorization of the new project or the application of the contract engineering change, through the defined tools, also must manage the commercial accounts of the customers and their products in plant during the period of nomination, development, always controlling the information during the life of the project.
actividades
* prepare and follow up quotes for new projects, engineering changes, volume changes and prototypes using the pcp quotation system, coordinating the technical areas involved to present a preliminary evaluation of the project to the regional sales manager, and guarantee the delivery of the quotation to the account manager in a timely manner.
* maintain the filing system of all sales programs to include open and closed quotes, engineering changes and other customer communications in the quotation platform by capturing in a timely and complete way the quotation requests in the system, as well as any necessary modifications to ensure the availability of correct information that supports decision making.
* launch new projects capturing the sensitive or relevant information of the project within the hanp format, attaching all the necessary supporting documents of the project as defined in quality gate 2 and coordinating the "kick-off" meeting with all areas involved to publicize and make the official delivery of the project to the launch team and document the premises under which the project was quoted.
* prepares reports about the sales projection, sales scenarios, including create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate sales trend by customer, by plant, etc.
* track and maintain all financials issues and changes for existing and new programs. Make customer credit or debit notes for differences in part prices and discounts, among others validating the information received by the customer and applying the credit or debit note in the sap system to maintain a healthy portfolio.
* assure tooling payment according to the policies established by the client to ensure cash flow, and internal process.
* manage the folders of the projects that are in production keeping updated the archives of information collected from the beginning to the end of each project to maintain adequate control and management of the information of each project.
* work with account managers to analyze the uncover new opportunities, closing business and increasing sales. Supporting the account manager with information requested by customer, including coordination of customer visits to bocar´s plants.
* maintain the price lists updated, as required every customer agreement.
