The role will also manage integration builds and ongoing maintenance, access management and security, user permissions policies and governance and data. You will also work with the wpp implementation team and people teams to understand, improve and deliver an efficient and effective solution.*what you'll be doing*:- manage relationship with vendors ensuring the platforms end users are receiving the maximum service and value from its vendors- maintain technical process documentation, error handling and l1 triage guidance to our servicedesk- deliver supplementary training sessions as required- identify the extent of change and provide guidance to the company- provide high intensity support immediately after deployments- manage relationships both with third-party support and internal stakeholders
