responsibilities: connect with key customers to build customer value and strong partnerships.
drive our portfolio in customer meetings, projects, and different events.
develop tactical plans and drive implementation within a cross-functional team.
establish and lead trusted relations with relevant health care professionals and key decision makers within the therapeutic area hematology, with a current focus on multiple myeloma.
proactively initiate and drive your own customer projects that build customer value.
develop and execute account plans based on acquired in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identified customer needs.
handle assigned budget to execute on the tactical and account plan.
partner closely with the cross-functional team to provide input to tactics, overall strategy, and marketing content creation.
connect with and grow the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights, and best practices.

qualifications: a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
certified in lif or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products (e.g., pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor, etc.)
(required).
experience within pharmaceutical sales (merit).
experience with pharmaceutical sales within the therapeutic area hematology (merit).
a valid european driving license (required).
proficient in the swedish and english languages (required).
