ensure daily sqdip review.- develop and lead a world class operations team.- direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness.
continually upgrade, direct, comply with, and enforce company safety programs and policies.- lead the plant's complete supply-chain management to include planning, sourcing, production, shipping/logistics, quality, and quantity objectives, with other plants as well as vendors and customers.- promote the regal business system tools while improving rbs training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in rbs tools.- develop a strategy and drive process improvements.
lead and monitor plant performance through direct involvement, team development, coaching, establishment of goals and good countermeasure practices.- assure coordination of plant functions, responsibilities, budgetary performance, manpower utilization, skills, equipment, and facilities.- motivate all plant employees, encouraging optimum productivity, develop, train, assist, and advise supervisors, and administer company policies and procedures knowledgeably.
