Consumer products strategy & execution managerin this role, you will own and manage key projects within the latin america and caribbean (lac) consumer products team and support business planning activities that help us continuously evolve and enhance our value proposition. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.basic qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, mba, jd, md) or 0 years of work experience with a phd, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.- we are looking for someone who can engage in simple but effective financial modelling with a business mindset, and plan/strategize accordingly. Project management and very strong communication skills will be key for success.- management consultant experience (at least 2-3 years).- banking or payments experience (can be embedded in the management consulting projects/initiatives of the previous point).- consistently show a data driven approach, attention to detail and track record of supporting change and delivering results.- strategic and critical thinking: methodically break down problems, creatively solve complex issues.- confident communicator and relationship-builder: adapt communication strategies to audience needs and effective at building stakeholder relationships.- product operations experience with a growth and transformational mindset and interest on improving processes and creating efficiencies.- revenue-driven, able to prioritize workload accordingly.- experience using tools or platforms to manage projects and/or product/solutions backlogs (i.e. Jira align).- interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility.
