* statement*:
the global audit analyst mo will be responsible for performing a routine high-level audit of the orders functions, records administration, member compensation and r&r functions (depending on the requirements of the department). Additionally, the audit analyst mo will measure, document, ensure the distributor profile information entered on the hdms system, orders were processing correctly on goc and refund calculations on the rma system and adjustments are accurate and adheres to the required service level agreement (sla) turnaround time.
*detailed responsibilities*:
- order audit; confirming details such as discount, address, products, mop. Document the areas of opportunity that were obtained in orders.
- documentation of findings
- records audit; reports for processing errors such as distributor notes, detail report (used to check if an address change has been completed to release the held checks that are due to the distributor), distributor online new application (used to audit on-line distributor applications with two names on distributorship or company names etc.), ssn tin (used to correct online da's with ssn numbers that should be converted to usit numbers), no date of birth (verifying id’s with no dob or invalid dob format) minors and underage (identify that id’s are deleted).
- audit all profile changes along with higher level changes such as sponsor changes, divorces, deceased, and transfers.
- r&r audit; review for approval the product replacement requests, refund inquiries and processes to validate calculation and documentation adherence to policy and accuracy; 100% of product replacements must be approved within the same day.
- member compensation: review and report the submitted ir’s in a timely manner.
- complete with the outmost accuracy the review of the processes within the established service level agreements (sla)
- training suggestions.
