**Responsibilities**
The oportunity
- The SAP S4 Development Associate Manager is part of the DevSecOps organization supporting the delivery and sustainment of SAP S/4 North America implementation.
- This role will be primarily supporting the Make To Deploy, Procure to Pay and Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
- This role involves in taking strategic design decisions to build scalable and sustainable solutions.
- This role involves managing the timely resolution ofProduction issues and ensuring the stability of Production.
- In addition, this role requires ensuring design, development by our vendor partners are of high quality and ensuring strict adherence to PepsiCo’s Global development processes and standards.
Your Impact
As The Associate Manager,SAP S/4 Development your scope will consist of:
- Delivery and Support of SAP S/4 solutions.
- Lead the deliverables for SAP MTD,PTP and EAM solutions from pursuit to deployment and support.
- Manage the Production Support incidents and ensure the timely resolution.
- Part of 24/7 on-call rotation schedule and manage the critical incidents.
- Provide inputs to SAP S/4, ECC, CRM, APO and other SAP systems related development standards and improvements to QA and governance processes.
- Partner closely with external vendors, including on shore and offshore resources.
- Ensures all quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met.
- Ensures effective resource utilization across the multiple sectors - AMESA, APAC, ESSA, NA and LATAM SAP teams.
- Manage the governance for Operations development team.
- Perform quality review for any code changes migrating to Production.
- Ensure the knowledge transfer of project deliverables to sustain technical team.
**Qualifications**
Who Are We Looking For?
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree desired
**Experience**:
- 8+ years of SAP experience which includes ECC6 and S/4 HANA.
- Must have experience in S/4 specific development, CDS View/AMDP Development, oData Services.
- Must have experience in development of MTD, PTP and EAM solutions.
- Must have experience in each of the following areas: List (Report) Programming, Dialog (Transaction) Programming, Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI etc.), Interfaces(IDOCS, Remote Function Calls, Web Services etc.) and Adobeforms/Smartforms.
- Ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with mínimal customization.
- Exposure to the integration technologies a plus.
Non tech skills:
- Team player open to working in a highly collaborative onshore/offshore environment and able to communicate with a diverse audience.
- Demonstrate the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, andself-study
- Results oriented with decision making capabilities in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Good time management and planning skills
