*the opportunity*

responsible for the support project agenda in digital transformation project, supporting the adoption across organization.

This role, also has the accountability to manage the conections and information flows with other business functions (e.g. Sales, supply chain, hr, finance, marketing, etc.)

*responsibilities*:
*your impact*

as the pmo sr analyst, latam your scope will consist of:
*strategic planning*
- take interest in the company’s planning project identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring connections and consistency across all latam projects.

*project management*
- knowledge of pmi methodology
- support our project governance.
- coach, mentor and support colleagues in achievement of improvement activity and targets
- works with other project managers, project leads, functional delivery leads, and service delivery leads to support latam project agenda.
- work with project leads to develop projects
- keep project stakeholders informed.

*process capabilities*
- strengthen “working-by-process” capability through education, training, awareness and communication campaign into the latam function.

*people management*
- connect with other project management to ensure the correct alignment with latam projects
- connect with change management, data architecture and it architecture to ensure the correct execution of the project plan.

*change management*
- support latam transformation toward managed by process company, through planning and operating projects/programs support.
- act as an ambassador as well as the point of reference for topics regarding transformation.

Qualifications:
*who are we looking for?*

*education*:

- professional / bachelor in mechanical or industrial engineering, computer science, systems and/or administration technology management or business management

*experience*:
*education/requirements*
- certification or training on project management
- english and spanish fluent professional.
- at least 1-3 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions
- black belt certified (desired)
- proven records in leading multifunctional team
- proven program and project management skills for large scale programs
- deep business acumen
- advanced knowledge in visio, power point, excel, word & project
- outstanding program/project management skills

- capable to lead multifunctional teams to common objectives.

- written, verbal communication skills
