*main purpose*
*your impact*
as the comms sr. Specialist your scope will consist of:
- develop motion graphics and animations to support corporate & sector communications content creation for both internal and external digital channels
- create engaging fully animated content to tell stories when video is either not an option nor the proper format
- work with content team to develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
- create graphics toolkits for video content to be shared with sector teams including lower 3rds, bumpers and transitions
- work with social team to create optimized versions of animated content for various social channels
- support the publishing of digital channel content and/or support corporate events through design for pamphlets, brochures, signage, logos.
- work collaboratively with client groups and key stakeholders to leverage and share best practices and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- work from concept to completion on a multitude of projects simultaneously, managing your own time, and delivering pixel perfect files.
- line manager reporting
o directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload
o monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
- process management
o input to and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
o improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback
- capability development
o develop internal knowledge of pepsico business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.
*qualifications*
*who are we looking for?* (qualifications 6 bullets l06- y 8 bullets l07+)
- bachelors degree in graphic design
- 3-4 years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency
- executive maturity, collaborative, able to confidently provide guidance to pepsico employees at all levels, including executives
- customer service, team-player mindset but able to say no to ensure key priorities and deadlines are met
- strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask
- excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- detail and deadline oriented
- expertise in premiere, after effects, illustrator,powerpoint, adobe photoshop
- understanding of printing production process and how to set up design files accordingly.
- knowledge of consumer packaged goods / food industry an asset
- executive maturity - partnering and interacting leaders at all levels of the organization
- able to influence without direct authority - provide counsel that may conflict with a pov
- project management - able to manage an extremely heavy workload with challenging and often conflicting
