working knowledge of automated scheduling tools such as, or others.
Working knowledge of problem management processes and ticketing systems.
Ability to function on a team and possess good communication skills.
Pc/workstation/microsoft office basic skills.

solid knowledge of system monitoring tool software (nagios, uptrends, uipath)
experience in identifying, troubleshoot and providing remediation on windows, linux and environmental alerts.
Experience and knowledge of as/400 iseries monitoring and remediation.
Basic knowledge of tcp/ip networking and osi model layers.
Basic working knowledge ticketing tools (service now)
strong problem-solving ability and skills in communicating what you see and experience
ability to work under pressure and long hours
ability to work off normal business hours
above normal ability to handle multi-tasking requirements
self-disciplined and responsible
being very responsive with communication tools (teams)
clients requires to clear background checks (drug test and fingerprint)

*education*: some level of higher education with experience using pc/workstations and microsoft pc tools, or equivalent experience.
*years of experience*: 1 to 2 years of experience in systems monitoring and with a minimum of 6 months in setting up automations and scripting.

*preferred skills*: experience with servicenow, powershell, autoit.
