role and responsibilities
1.
(administrative support) manage administrative work through forecasting management and play a leading role in the cooperation with the other departments to create administrative output of manufacturing site management.
2.
(cost reduction) play a leading role in cost analysis and finding cost reduction solutions, identify issues of on-site items, and participate in its improvement.
3.
(asset and consumables management) lead order and supply of asset and consumables and promote equipment calibration and improvement through overall status management.
4.
(promotion of self-management activities) manage operating circle activity/proposal for improvement in the manufacturing field, and promote pro (process, rule, ownership) - 3m (my machine, my area, my job) activity.
5.
(application of new products and change management) understand the characteristics of the manufacturing site and perform early adaptation by checking all items required when mass production of new products is required or other changes occur.
